Registration & Check-in

Whether you're attending in person or virtually, you must register with your WNCO email address. If you have technical difficulties, send us an email.

If you plan on tuning in virtually as a group (in a break room, conference room, etc.) we ask that you register individually so we know you're joining us.

First, verify you're using your Company email address and that it matches the one in Outlook. If it still isn't working, send us an email and include any pertinent information and/or a screenshot of the issue so that we may help.

Please have each person attending register themselves at https://events.southwest.com/runwaytowellbeing.

If you’re registered to attend a portion of the event in person and can no longer attend, please update your selection from in person to virtual so we can plan accordingly and keep costs low.

To change your selection, go to Register >Modify My Registration. Once you're signed in, select the "Actions" button next to your name. Select "Events," deselect your current selection, and reselect which event(s) you plan to attend or tune in for.

If you're no longer able to attend any portion of the event, select the "Actions" button next to your name and select "Cancel Registration."
