10:00 a.m. | DAL Rally Early Check-in Begins*

*This is only available at the DAL Rally and takes place at the Texas Live! Backyard

 

1:00 p.m. | Doors Open & Event Check-in Begins

Welcome to Rally! Once you're checked in, connect with a Coheart or visit Southwest® The Store pop-up.

 

2:00 p.m. | Rally Pre-Program 

Find a seat with your Cohearts and get settled in for the Rally Program.

 

2:30 p.m. | Rally Program 

Virtual & in-person attendees will hear firsthand from Senior Leaders, who will review our 2025 challenges and accomplishments and share our vision and goals for 2026 and beyond. ​​Of course, it wouldn't be a Southwest event without a few fun surprises, so you definitely don't want to miss it!

 

4:00 p.m. | Party 
The Rally party is all about YOU! Those who are able to attend in person will get to enjoy delicious food, photo ops, a Southwest® The Store experience, live entertainment, and more! Even better, you'll get the chance to spend quality time with your Leaders and Cohearts.

 

6:30 p.m. | Event ends

EVENT Check-in

Early CHeck-in

Timing: 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. CT

Location: Texas Live! Backyard

Instructions: We'll email you a registration barcode, which you'll scan at check-in to receive your event credential.

 

Note: If you are unable to take advantage of Early Check-in, simply follow the normal check-in process beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Globe Life Field. Come through the doors toward your left to be checked in at one of our pop-up stations.

DAL Rally EVent CHeck-in

Timing: Doors open at 1:00 p.m. CT

Location: TXU North entrance at Globe Life Field

  • Already checked in during Early Check-in? Put on your event credential and enter through the doors on the far right.
  • Need to check in? Enter through the doors on the far left and follow the instructions below.

Instructions: We'll email you a registration barcode, which you'll scan at check-in to receive your event credential.

Security: To enter the venue, attendees will go through security screening, including a bag check.

Bags: If arriving with luggage, you will be required to leave it at the Bag Drop station, located just inside the venue. While this area will be monitored throughout the event, Southwest is not responsible for your item(s).

Parking & Transportation: ​​

  • Free parking is available in all lots around Globe Life Field, but the closest ones are Lots B and C.
  • Get $20 off your Lyft ride to and from Globe Life Field by entering the code 2026DALRALLY in the Lyft Pass section of the 'Payment' tab (two redemptions per person, valid on Thursday, March 5, to and from the event venue).

BNA Rally EVent CHeck-in

Timing: Check-in opens at 1:00 p.m. CT

Location: Music City Center (Halls C & D, 3rd Floor)

Instructions: We'll email you a registration barcode, which you'll scan at check-in to receive your event credential. Doors to Hall C will open at 2:00 p.m. CT.

Security: To enter the event, attendees will go through security screening, which may include a bag check.

Bags: If arriving with luggage, you will be required to leave it at the Bag Drop station, located outside of Hall C. While this area will be monitored throughout the event, Southwest is not responsible for your item(s).

Parking:

  • While the venue does not offer free parking, there is a paid parking garage located at 701 Demonbreun St, along with additional paid lots nearby
  • Get $20 off your Lyft ride to and from Music City Center by entering the code 2026BNARALLY in the Lyft Pass section of the 'Payment' tab (two redemptions per person, valid on Wednesday, February 11, to and from the event venue).

LAS Rally EVent CHeck-in

Timing: Check-in opens at 1:00 p.m. PT

Location: Las Vegas Convention Center (West Hall W1 & W2), located at 300 W. Convention Center Drive.

Instructions: We'll email you a registration barcode, which you'll scan at check-in to receive your event credential. Doors to West Hall 1 will open at 2:00 p.m. PT.

Security: To enter the event, attendees will go through security screening, which may include a bag check.

Bags: If arriving with luggage, you will be required to leave it at the Bag Drop station, located just inside the main lobby. While this area will be monitored throughout the event, Southwest is not responsible for your item(s).

Parking & Transportation: ​​

  • Free parking will be available for Rally attendees in the Diamond Lot 2, located at 294 Convention Center Dr, which is next to the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
  • Get $20 off your Lyft ride to and from Las Vegas Convention Center by entering the code 2026LASRALLY in the Lyft Pass section of the 'Payment' tab (two redemptions per person, valid on Thursday, February 19, to and from the event venue).

2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  |  Rally Program 

Program

Join us in person or virtually for this year’s Rallies—an energizing 40-year tradition where we celebrate our People, share our vision, and Rally around what's ahead in 2026 and beyond. Hosted by our emcee Markus Lloyd, attendees will leave feeling informed, connected, and inspired.

Rally kicks off with a keynote from President & Chief Executive Officer Bob Jordan. Bob will highlight what we’ve accomplished together and set the vision for what’s ahead for Southwest.
