Yes! The entire Rally Program in each city will be livestreamed and available on-demand via the Virtual Hub. Registration is required to tune in. If you plan on watching virtually as a group (in a break room, conference room, etc.) we ask that you still register individually so that we know you're joining us.
Selecting the cities for the Southwest Rallies is a tough decision. It’s based on a variety of factors—flight schedules (to offer Employees options to use nonrev privileges to attend), attendance at previous events, weather, workgroup representation, region, Local Employee engagement and support, and overall city attraction.
The Rally Program and Party (including food and drink) are provided to our Employees for free! Hotels, transportation, and other expenses are the attendee’s responsibility.
Registration
Registration is required, whether you plan to attend in person or tune in virtually. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation to your Company email address and additional information as we get closer to the event.
Accurate registration numbers are crucial to planning and help us keep costs low—from knowing how many seats to have available during the Program to how much food and beverage to order for the Party. Please register as soon as possible!
If you have technical difficulties when registering, email SWACulture@wnco.com.
While we hope you can make it, we understand schedules change. It is important to keep your registration updates so that we may plan accordingly and keep costs low.
No longer able to attend in person? You're not able to cancel your registration fully, because you'd lose access to tune in virtually or watch a recording of the events. Instead, click here to modify your registration. Deselect your current chosen event and switch to Virtual On-Demand Access Only.
Absolutely, and we would love for you to bring your Southwest Cohearts with you! Be sure to register for each Rally so we can plan accordingly.
The 2026 Southwest Rallies are only available to active Southwest Employees. Contractors and Retirees will not be permitted to register or attend.
No. We want to make sure we prioritize Employee attendance, so no external guests are invited to the Rally. Family and friends will be invited to other Company events throughout the year, but Rallies will be internally focused.
Your event barcode is found in your confirmation email and will be resent via email as we get closer to the event. If you have trouble viewing it, click "View email in browser" at the top right of the email. You can also sign in to your registration, which should generate another email which will include your registration barcode(s).

After reviewing your request, the Accommodations Team will advise all parties accordingly.
We recommend starting this process as soon as possible, as you will be asked to provide medical documentation to support your request, and it can occasionally take time to work with your medical provider.
We currently do not have plans to provide sign language interpretation during the Southwest Rallies. However, accommodations can be made once it is requested through proper channels outlined above.
